NEWVEL has gotten started since September 1st, 2009.
Since NEWVEL has seen that many Japanese have to have been dealing with people from outside. Today they can no longer avoide learrning Englsh in a way they can continue for their sake. We believe that an essense to keep up studing English would be that there must be "a lot of fun" in learning English.
So that is why we, NEWVELdesires to offer more opportunities for Japanese to learrn Englsh more flequently in their routain lifestyle. Soak them with English, Get their mind used to English through a lesson aday.
We would love to welcome the qualified to teach English, the qualifications are not only measured by the language skills but more also sense of humore, friendliness and consideration, hospitality or so on.
Please remember that we are to encourage you to take an interview(about 30 minuts) from us, and let yourself share joy with us as we strengthen and encourage Japanese students to speak English well.

Enjoy studying through Web-based lessons or face-to-face with an instructor. It’s your choice, every time! Varying the lesson style adds interest and helps keep motivation high.
Wide range of learning Materials
As a NEWVEL instructor you will be required to draw on a wide rage of learning materials, including customized contents, to create the best learning program for your students.
What kind of learning materials is an instructor required to provide?
It could be whatever you think would be helpful to progress your students learning.
For example:
※make a short-time-learning video(5-10mins) for every other week
※Lesson notes for your own lessons
※Vocabulary notes
※Daily expressions notes
※Text book for the beginners/intermediate/advanced
It depends on how well you yourself can be a producer/director/editor and so on for this purpose.
Why we do this? This is one of the most effective ways to be able to advertize yourself and to attract as many students as possible as well as making your students eager to take more lessons. Since this is a common ideal amongst Japanese language schools, NEWVEL strives to bring a fresh and original approach to teaching language to its students in a way that is customized by the instructors’ personal teaching style.
※Mixture Lesson:
The “Mixture Lesson” concept aims to provide a way of learning the desired language through a range of different creative and non-traditional learning techniques. For example you may have an interest in graphic design, drama, music, or even dance. If you pair yourself with an instructor who also has the same hobbies or interests, your lessons can be tailored to revolve around you’re extra curricular preferences.
※Event Lesson
NEWVEL also hosts social events in which you can get to know other NEWVEL instructors and students. This is a fun opportunity to make new friends and practice your language skills in a friendly and welcoming environment that is care free and social whilst maintaining an educational edge. You will have a chance to partake in a diverse range of ways to get together and have fun, from relaxed BBQ picnics too fun and energetic house parties.
Instructors are encouraged to create and host their own events that are customized to your students’ interests.

Incentive System:
※Learning materials you design/ provide will be sold through the NEWVEL system to your students
※Two thirds of the benefit will be added to your salary continually.
※The copyright of your materials will be given to NEWVEL.
So that even if you quit working under NEWVEL, as long as the students buy your material, NEWVEL will keep paying you for your designs and materials.
※NEWVEL will decide how much your material will be worth, it depends on it’s popularity and reception amongst students.
※If you are the one who introduces and brings a new student who in turn purchases a monthly course with NEWVEL, then 5% of the profit will be paid to you for the duration of the students time with NEWVEL.

Self Promotion System:
Free Web introductory lesson (25mins): A Free lesson needs to be given without any pay by instructors to new students who might want to join Monthly course of TreasureCommunications
Since all new students will be able to choose any instractor among many teachers available on the schedule table before they take monthly lessons, they might choose only available instructors open for Free web lesson(25mnts).
ifstudents know of you, they will take lessons from you rather than from instructors who they do not know of. so that you will not be in want for finding your students.
Bty the time you already get enough numbers of your studetns for your schedule, you do not have to find more students which means you do not have to offer free lessons to new comers any more for you have enough learners in your hands.
Students:
※Your students will be the beginner/intermediate/advanced. But you can choose which level you want to teach.
Requirements: We are looking for individuals
※who love teaching English
※who love Japanese
※who are very friendly and patient when dealing with students
※who are willing to offer free introductory lessons(25mins) to new comers who might want to join NEWVEL.
※who are willing to make a simple video(5-10mins per a week) and will prepare their own learning materials designed to meet their students needs.
※who has stable Internet connection and a PC for Skype
※who will willingly take training from NEWVEL
Reward:
※\1700 per every 50 mins-lesson this includes time used for making learning materials
and your 5-mins-video every other week.
※During the campaign it will be \1400 per 50 mins (Oct 1st, 2009 to Dec 31st, 2009)
※There are two different time frames for lessons, 25mins or 50 mins
※Since we use PayPal, they will charge you 3.6%＋\40 for the transaction between NEWVEL and your PayPal account.
How to calculate your salary a month?
＝Your lesson times per month×\1,700(−3.6%＋\40)
（During the Campaign a lesson =\1,700(-3.6%＋\40)-20%）
Payday:
※Here at NEWVEL we pay using the PayPal system, so if you do not have an account with PayPal please register online at their website.
※ Payday will be at the end of each month.
※20th of every month will be the day your salary will be calculated and its takes about 20 days for us to complete transactions to transfer your salary to your PayPal account through the company’s PayPal one. And PayPal system takes another three to six days to transfer it to your local bank account which is connected with your PayPal account. So that it takes almost a month for you to get your salary after the day of the calculation of your reward. Basically, you will not receive your first pay check until two months after you start working, but after this you will receive a regular monthly reward for as long as you continue to teach with NEWVEL.
Schedule:
Your available days and hours are shown in our web system, your students will match your lesson time, and they will reserve your lesson no later than 15 mins before the desired time frame. So you need to be prepared and ready to go immediately during these scheduled times.
NEWVEL will be open 24/7: all you need to do is let NEWVEL know how many hours a day, each day a week you are available.
